Workshop Manager (Engineering Technical), Romblon in Romblon, Mimaropa

Responsibilities
Manage Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members
Manage key performance indicators and turnaround time for repair jobs.
Ensures work area is in good order and that conditions are safe to work in.
Work closely with Volvo technical team to reduce downtime for buses troubleshoot work.
Monitor ensure all material claims are processed ontime and fully paid for.
Implement and maintain quality management system.
Grow revenue line by seeking for new business with external fleets.
Manage and control expenses of the department
Requirements
Degree holder in Mechanical Automotive Engineering or its equivalent
Diploma holder in above discipline or its equivalent with at least 5 years in the operations environment preferably from automotive industry
