Service Manager (Management), Romblon in Romblon, Mimaropa

MAJOR FUNCTION
Responsible for managing the day to day operations of the companies new installation works, servicing, and repair works both out in the field and inside the workshop. Ensures that the standard of work is of high quality and completed in a timely manner to the satisfaction of all parties. Will be required to coordinate with the sales and purchasing departments that the work is carried out within budget and to the satisfaction of the client. Will also be responsible for developing and expanding the service department and training the local staff.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Electrical Mechanical Engineer
Water Treatment Plumbing Pumping Field Experience
Ability to manage a staff of 15 20 men
Minimum of 5 years management experience installing and repairing water supply equipment such as pipelines, pumping stations, tanks, water purification equipment, sewerage pumps, mine and factory pumping equipment
Able to travel to remote locations and manage projects under difficult conditions.
Position requires maturity, attention to detail and a good sound field experience in problem solving
Possess good communication skills and organizational skills.
