SENIOR WW TRAINING MANAGER, ASPAC

Introduction
This role is ideally suited to an individual wishing to move from sales management into a worldwide role that allows them to shape and deliver on regional strategy whilst providing exposure to worldwide functions and collaboration with key business partners across the ASPAC region and the WW Sales Enablement team.
The position is responsible for business results (sales and EBITA) by creating an enabled sales force through optimal Training and Development. The role will demand an ability to think and plan strategically as well as tactically, a willingness to learn on the job and an ability to engage with key decision makers in the business at worldwide, regional and local levels.

Job Description
Senior WW Training Manager, responsibilities will include all aspects of sales training and development for new hires and existing sales employees and implementation of sales competency development initiatives for the Ortho Clinical Diagnostics franchise in the ASPAC region.
The Senior WW Training Manager will:
- Work closely with the Sales Enablement team and regional business partners to interpret business data and use information appropriately to identify regional training needs and deliver the curriculum to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Build close working partnerships with the ASPAC leadership team to gain commitment to achieve goals and drive accountability for people development.
- To work as an active member of the Sales Enablement team, contributing to strategy development, sharing information and leveraging available resources to drive implementation of training plan for the region aligned to business imperatives.
- To deliver relevant knowledge and skills training to new and existing account managers and other sales personnel.
- To work with WW partners to develop and implement an ongoing training programme to support new product launches.
- Build and maintain sound working relationships with sales managers to maximize outcomes of training through coaching and follow up activities to enhance skills and performance.
- Provide clear direction on personal development (knowledge and skills) to regional sales teams, defining expectations and standards and providing necessary support and coaching.
- To embed the Challenger sales model approach into the ASPAC organisation, working with leadership and managers to change behaviours and equip account managers to have more effective customer interactions.
- To drive behavioural change to ensure successful adoption of sales enablement tools, specifically Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and the OXIS sales competency tool across the region.
Key Role Activities

Oversee the on-boarding process for new sales representatives, tracking progress and working with managers & coaches to ensure timely completion of field training plans.

Deliver or facilitate delivery of product and skills training for new and existing sales representatives through classroom workshops and field coaching.

Drive the use of the on-line competency tool, OXIS, to support competency development and coaching.

Conduct regular Training Needs Analysis for the region and identify solutions/develop plans aligned to sales competencies, to close gaps.

Regular interactions with ASPAC Leadership team, Regional Sales Managers and Marketing Team to align training with current and future strategies and to have a clear understanding of the deliverables required for sales success.

Delivery of training relating to product launches, new service offerings and launch of new sales tools, through blended learning solutions.

Active participation in sales enablement team meetings and strategy and goal setting activities.
Qualifications
Job Qualifications
- BA/BS degree is required and a master’s degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years of business experience is required
- Must have at least 3 years of combined experience in sales and training/coaching
- Experience in Diagnostics sales is preferred
- Fluency in English - verbal and written communications
ASEAN region - this position will require travel within the ASPAC region and to the US.
