Program Manager, Romblon in Romblon, Mimaropa

Our client, a leading Philippines based energy company,requires a Program Manager to provide overall governance and oversight of projects in the program. 
There will be a focus on managing interdependences between projects so that common resources and activities are managed in a way that avoids duplication of effort and common/shared resources are prioritized across projects. 
Specific responsibilities include:
 INTEGRATED STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT ensuring that stakeholders of each of the projects are properly engaged and informed. 
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT PLANNING developing the associated project management system including the risk, change, quality and communication management processes that projects are expected to adhere to. 
INTEGRATED PROGRAM EXECUTION monitoring and controlling the progress of each project and managing the execution of tasks common across projects. 
COMMUNICATIONS MANAGEMENT to ensure timely collection, generation, dissemination and storage of program information. 
RISK AND ISSUE MANAGEMENT by executing a program risk and issues management plan and identifying actions to keep the entire program on schedule. 
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT mentoring new project managers and assigning skilled resources to projects especially those that are shared and common across projects. 
VENDOR MANAGEMENT maintaining relationships and contracting with vendors used by more than one project in the program. You should have had at least 10 years project management experience ideally associated with energy and power projects
