Coordinate all related activities of assigned Key Product lines including key selling messages, promotional materials, formulary, pricing, strategy, training, CME, service, samples and cross functional teams associated with these responsibilites. Assist Business Unit Manager in the creation of product Marketing/Launch Plan and the creation of promotional materials. Oversees implementation of marketing programs. Monitors product sales performance, competitive activities and availability of marketing resources and promotional materials including equipment demos and its accesories.Collaborate with sales personnel in planning and organizing CME activities. Support field request by timely arrangement of relevant product / market / competitive information. Conduct in-debt analysis and provide recommendation on the CMA proposal. Coordinate with materials management to ensure stock availability of the surgical products. Creation of the monthly POA guide to provide a clear strategic direction on the sales and promotional activity of the field personnel. Conduct periodic product training for the field staff to enhance their level of competence and be successful in demonstration and selling Alcon surgical products in the market, with particular focus on key products. Minimum requirements
Bachelors Degree English Background information main activities Constantly upgrade the product knowledge through marketing communications, trade journals and attending CMEs / Workshops and congresses. Provide the required product and competitive information to the sales field. Work in the O.R. with surgeons to get the surgical product feed back. Constantly collect feedback from the market to maintain edge over competitors. Assist and train MSRs for the product demonstrations in the O.R. Assist Business Unit Manager for surgical products launch and promotional activities. To utilize various trade journals, Videos, CDs, study papers and other marketing material for supporting field sales staff. Source surgical instruments to facilitate use and sale of surgical products. To assist marketing coordinator in developing the promotional material.
