Job: Manager, Facilities, Romblon in Romblon, Mimaropa

Essential responsibilities to Altisource and Ocwen: Manage the day-to-day functions of Facilities and Administration for Altisource and Ocwen. Implement and improve Facilities processes mainly on Physical Security, Housekeeping and Maintenance and Health and Safety.Maintain maintenance schedules and agreements for different Facility equipment.Knowledgeable in obtaining and renewing of government mandated permits for both companies (PEZA, BIR and BOC).Knowledgeable in preparing and submission of monthly, quarterly, annually and other PEZA reportorial requirements.Knowledgeable in managing the importations, control and documentations of company assets.Create CAPEX and OPEX budget planning and accruals for Facilities.Review of lease contracts and create dash board for payment requisition and monitoring.Prepare and present Business Case Reports for approval of different requirements such as: New projects, site improvements and site expansions.SPOC for client and Information Security Management Systems ISMS (27001:2005) audits in Philippine site.Coordinate and maintain a good relationship with the Building Admin and Leasing Officers.Planning and development of cost saving programs and facility improvements.Manage the seat and furniture utilization for both companies.Outsource vendors that can support operation s requirements.Provide procurement service for both companies.POC for employees VISA processing and extensions.Manage the Cafeteria, Clinic and amenities of the Facility.Regularly participate in Phil-Leadership, Asian and Global Real Estate Facilities, BCP and ISO meetings.Ensure 100% uninterruptible availability of basic necessities; such as electricity, air-conditioning system and water supply.Managed the quality and timely delivery of construction fit-out of the facility for both companies.Achieve ZERO PEZA findings during inspection for immediate acquisition of PEZA Permits.Prepare reports required for business reviews.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEGraduate of BS Electrical Engineer or BS Mechanical EngineerLicense is an advantage.With 5 - 10 years working experience in facility management.Computer literate (MS Office /MS Excel /MS Outlook/ MS Word/MS Power Point).Excellent command in English communication and interpersonal skills.Can work under pressure and able to meet deadlines.Ability to manage multi-tasking activities.
