Supervises, Plans, Directs and Organizes the activities of the TSPI Kabuhayan Program in branches within his area of assignment to ensure achievement of targets. Ensure work efficiency and employee productivity and the achievement of the Companys overall objectives. Evaluates, analyzes and approvesLoan applicationproposal in accordance with Company regulations and maximum approval limits. Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a BachelorsCollege Degree in any four year business course With adequate work experience as AreaBranch Manager. Preferably 2 years supervisory experience in lending and banking. Must possess the ability to lead diverse personalities. With good leadership and communication skills, ability to relate well with the masa Applicants must have good analytical skills Willing to be assigned in Central, North and South Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao Computer Literate
