Position:
Account Managers - Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics, Johnson & Johnson Medical Philippines
(Based in Manila / Bacolod / Cebu, Philippines)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Holds self accountable for achieving Business Plan within territory and delivering profitable growth.
- Ensures Strategic Account plans are developed and implemented with effect.
- Develop and promote Key Opinion Leader to drive business growth.
- Manages all processes and procedures involved in the sales function in a way that maximizes revenue and gross profit while maintaining compliance to established business and healthcare compliance regulation guidelines.
- Complies with all Company Policies and Procedures to ensure flawless audits and reviews.
- Delivers on all initiatives relating to Commercial Excellence including:
Ø Sales Forecasting
Ø Sales Force Automation - Catalyst
Ø Job Standards
Qualifications
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry or Bio Medical Sciences; a Registered Medical Technologist is preferred.
- Must have 4 - 6 years of sales experience with medical laboratory diagnostics, and with a strong track record of sales achievement.
- Willing to travel as required.
- Demonstrates passion to excel, customer focus, strong leadership skills & a winning attitude.
- Has good oral, listening and written communication skills; has good interpersonal skills.
- Awareness of and adherence to Johnson & Johnson Credo values.
